Labor Relations

The relation between the worker and the management is the foundation for development of mutual trust and is beneficial for both of them. The workers form groups called unions which are made to keep up their rights in case of injustice. There can be different levels to labor relations which begin from the shop Labor Relationsfloor and rise up to the regional and the national level moving up the ladder. These unions have a leader and the power and authority is distributed at various levels.

These labor relations may vary from place to place and should adapt to the changing surroundings and the environment. But there should be understanding and cooperation from the side of the firm so as the leaders don’t take advantage of the pitiable conditions of the workers employed. At times the leaders of these associations join hands with the firms and take undue advantage of the people thereof. This practice should be stopped and measures to avoid this should be undertaken. A healthy labor relation will be in the benefit of both the workers and the companies. Government should be encouraged to take steps in this respect and join hands in globalizing the world and making it a better place for all to survive in.
