Safe Work Environment

Safe and healthy working environment assures the employees a mental satisfaction and they can deliver better quality of service. Security is the first thing a lady employee would be looking forward to. Safe working environment keeps the health of the employees updated and provides a clean surrounding. Hygiene must be maintained in toilets as it is used by several people working in the same company. And this is for the welfare of the people.

To provide better environment care should be taken that the passages are well lit and there is enough space to breathe. There should not be over crowing of the work place and enough space to walk between the cubicles should be providedSafe Work Environment. There should be sufficient number of wash basins and toilet soaps and tissues should be provided adequately. Cold and hot water facilities must be provided. The relation between the worker and the management is the foundation for development of mutual trust and is beneficial for both of them. The workers form groups called unions which are made to keep up their rights in case of injustice. These unions have a leader and the power and authority is distributed at various levels.

These labor relations may vary from place to place and should adapt to the changing surroundings and the environment. But there should be understanding and cooperation from the side of the firm so as the leaders don’t take advantage of the pitiable conditions of the workers employed. At times the leaders of these associations join hands with the firms and take undue advantage of the people thereof. This practice should be stopped and measures to avoid this should be undertaken. A healthy labor relation will be in the benefit of both the workers and the companies. Government should be encouraged to take steps in this respect and join hands in globalizing the world and making it a better place for all to survive in.

Child Labor

Child labor is the name given to the labor which is taken from the children or adolescent who is under the age of eighteen as per the law laid down by the government. It is illegal in many countries and but still is practiced everywhere behind the veils. In some recent past it was a great topic of dispute but again the issue ceased down Child Laborall over the globe. The child are generally employed in factories, on land for farming or as helpers in small business firms and the kind of job they are employed into is simple and most probably manual.

These children are forced to take up these tedious jobs like packing boxes, taking goods from one place to the other and this physical stress at such a minor age of life affects their bodies in long run. The worst of all is adolescent prostitution and it is a business in many modern countries these days. For the sake of money the girls become the prey for young men satisfying their hunger and these ladies ruin there lives and at times suffer from deadly diseases with no faults of theirs. But good jobs taken by youngsters like child singers and anchors for serials should be encouraged on the other hand
