Safe Work Environment
Safe and healthy working environment assures the employees a mental satisfaction and they can deliver better quality of service. Security is the first thing a lady employee would be looking forward to. Safe working environment keeps the health of the employees updated and provides a clean surrounding. Hygiene must be maintained in toilets as it is used by several people working in the same company. And this is for the welfare of the people.
To provide better environment care should be taken that the passages are well lit and there is enough space to breathe. There should not be over crowing of the work place and enough space to walk between the cubicles should be provided
. There should be sufficient number of wash basins and toilet soaps and tissues should be provided adequately. Cold and hot water facilities must be provided. Clean and healthy water and food must be provided and there should be sufficient sitting place for the people to sit and enjoy their meals in the canteen. The stairs must be large enough for a few of employees to walk together. The additional wires here or there around the computers have to be properly fixed and all electrical gadgets properly sealed. Cease fire should be placed at specific distances.
